Shipping & Delivery

• Timeline: We aim to deliver domestic orders within 7 business days. International deliveries typically take 7–16 days.

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all BEUTEL orders, including replacements.

• Attempts: We make a maximum of three delivery attempts. If the customer is unreachable, the order will be cancelled, and the amount will be issued as in-store credit.

• Damaged Packaging: If you notice the package is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the package and contact us immediately with your order reference number.

Cancellations

• By BEUTEL: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or fraud concerns. If your card has been charged, a full in-store credit will be issued.

By Customer: You may request a cancellation before the order is processed. Once an order is “Processed,” it cannot be cancelled.
