Returns & Exchange Policy
At BEUTEL, we maintain high quality-control standards. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.
- Timeline: Please contact customer service at [Insert Email ID] within 48 hours of delivery for damaged/incorrect items. For size exchanges, requests must be made within 20 days of purchase.
- Condition: Products must be in saleable condition, unused, with all original tags
- intact and in their original packaging.
- Process: Provide a copy of your original receipt and a Return Authorization Number (provided by support). Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item.
- Exclusions: Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or general wear and tear are not covered. Promotional “Final Sale” items may have overriding rules.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that postage/shipping charges for returning items are non-refundable.
Refunds & In-Store Credit
We follow a “No Cash Refund” policy. In cases of returns, cancellations, or non-processing of orders due to technical errors, we will issue In-Store Credit (Web Money).
- In-Store Credit: The value of the product (excluding taxes and shipping) will be credited to your BEUTEL account.
- Validity: Web Money/Credit is valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchase on www.beutelofficial.com.
- Account: If you do not have an account, one will be created for you to host your credit.
